Holiday base for weekend. No reason to complain...

It has amazing setting so close to the club as well as the seaside.

Stunning setting, near a nightclub, town centre and the pier. Great views from the apartment.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with stunning views of the surrounding area. Being close to the city center was a huge advantage, as it made it easy to explore and enjoy all the attractions and amenities nearby. The apartment itself was well equipped, with modern amenities such as a large TV, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The comfortable L-shaped sofa and large double bed were also a plus, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

One major drawback was the noise level at night. The apartment was located above a nightclub, and the music didn't start until 11 pm and went on until 3 am.

the bedroom was separate. it had a prime setting not far from waterfront and town centre, the centre of town, and nightclub. kitchen had everything we needed.

Its location is amazing and fantastic, 5 minutes drive from Swanage Bay. The rooms are COMFORTABLE with a large TV as well as a very comfortable L-shaped sofa. The owner, Denise, makes you feel at home.

We've stayed there for 6 nights, everything was lovely. Apartment's location was great just next door to the centre, the pier, and waterfront and town centre. In fact, it was located in the heart of the town.

The apartment is in a central location, close to shops, pubs, and the harbor. the views of the sea and bay are stunning, creating a picturesque atmosphere. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided.

The bathroom layout is not ideal, with a small sink and a difficult-to-adjust shower.

The location and views were absolutely stunning. It was so idyllic to wake up to such beautiful scenery every day. Being able to see the harbor from the rooms was a real treat. Another positive aspect was that the apartment was very comfortable to stay in. the decor was lovely and it felt like a home away from home.

the parking situation was very poor. Most of the allocated residents parking spaces were taken up by locals, which made it difficult to find a spot.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy apartment by the sea. the stunning sea views were a highlight and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. the host was great and the check-in process was hassle-free. the location in the center of town was perfect, and the apartment was clean and well-furnished. a fantastic experience for low-budget travellers.

The location of this apartment was absolutely perfect, with stunning sea views right across the road. It was also conveniently located near pubs and clubs, which was great for some entertainment during my Christmas stay. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing holiday. The hassle-free check-in process using a provided code was a definite plus, and the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

While the location was ideal, the noise from the nearby pubs and clubs on the weekends could be quite disruptive. The windows could also be more soundproof to minimize this issue.

We got great value for our money with a modern and spacious room, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and fine sea views. The location couldn't have been better, right by the seaside and within walking distance of pubs and shops. The hosts treated us like royalty, even leaving a thoughtful card and bottle of wine for our anniversary. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better would be a wider variety of options.
